Deniz Senyurt Represents Sublessor in Drivestream’s Leesburg Office Deal

Leesburg, VA — Drivestream is expanding its Northern Virginia footprint with a sublease for a new office in Leesburg. The technology consulting firm signed a deal for 35,571 square feet in the Village at Leesburg, a large, open-air, mixed-use lifestyle center in the heart of Loudoun County’s growing tech corridor.
The lease is for three-plus years, according to CoStar data. Founded in 2002, Drivestream provides Oracle cloud consulting services and solutions and has leased a nearly 6,000-square-foot office at 45610 Woodland Road in Sterling for over a decade.
The company will fully occupy the top floor of Building E, which also houses Vertofsoft, ChefScape, and Bowlero, according to CoStar data.
Edward Saa of Ethos Tenant Co. represented Drivestream in the transaction, while Deniz Senyurt of Coldwell Banker Commercial Realty represented the sublessor.
