Representing Glowish Aesthetic Beauty Studio in their quest to lease a retail space presented a unique set of challenges. While the owner of the business had substantial experience in the aesthetic and beauty industry, she lacked experience in running her own business. This lack of direct business ownership experience often raises concerns for landlords, who typically seek tenants with proven track records of business management and success. Understanding the struggles and pitfalls that first-time business owners often face, especially in leasing retail spaces, I knew that convincing landlords would require a well-prepared approach.
Drawing from my experience with first-time business owners, I guided the owner of Glowish Aesthetic Beauty Studio in preparing a comprehensive business plan and solid financial projections. This preparation was crucial in demonstrating the viability and potential of the business to landlords. This was important for preparing my client for the potential risks of starting a new business and entering into a lease agreement.
