The space is built for plastic surgery and aligned with their brand image. We delivered a 7-year lease with a total value of $991,752. REELabs Inc. is an international wellness and aesthetics operator entering the U.S. market from Turkey. Services include wellness care, stem cell therapy, plastic surgery, and hair restoration. From there, we targeted only medical-ready suites in Northern Virginia to avoid long build-out timelines and unnecessary downtime for the owner. We then led the negotiations directly with ownership to align terms and remove perceived risk.
